The Strathmartine Centre in St Andrews is an independent study centre equipped with library, study rooms and meeting rooms which are intended primarily for independent researchers, people with historical interests and visiting scholars.

The Centre also has a fully equipped kitchen and common room, where Centre users can meet over a tea or coffee, and a small walled garden.

The Centre also works closely with the University of St Andrews, making its facilities available for postgraduate students with research interests relevant to its activities.

Residential facilities are also available for visitors who wish to spend a period of research time in St Andrews.
